What we process and why
- Contact form: the form does not send or store anything on a server. It only opens WhatsApp with your message ready; it is delivered when you press send.
- Server logs: standard access logs kept by the hosting provider.
- Analytics: only if you accept, Google Analytics measures page use.
Please do not send health information through the form; it is collected at the consultation with separate information.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared with hosting and email providers and, where legally required, with authorities. If you accept analytics or contact us on WhatsApp, data may be processed abroad by Google or WhatsApp/Meta in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Cookies
A local storage entry remembers your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*; up to 2 years) are set only after consent. The homepage video is served from youtube-nocookie.com, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Change cookie settings.
Retention and your rights
Contact requests are kept for a reasonable period (up to one year) unless a medical relationship begins. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information, correction, deletion and other rights by writing to the address above; requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
